About the role:As a Commercial Excellence Manager you will be accountable for the Sales Incentives process for Field Force (Medical &Trade) and responsible to deliver Dashboard to keep track of the performance in Prescriptions and Sales for relevant markets.
Main Responsibilities:Performance Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough reporting, monitoring, and analysis of performance and KPI data to provide actionable recommendations for the medical detailing management teams, aimed at improving Field Force performance.

Leadership in Sales Incentives Program: Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Sales Incentives Program (SIP) for Field Forces, including medical detailing and merchandisers.
You are willing to work in Huixquilucan, Estado de México.Bachelor’s degree in Actuary, Economy or areas with affinity to deep numeric analysis.1 to 3 years of proven experience in the Pharmaceutical industry crafting and implementing of incentive plans (primary care and consumption), desirable high specialty.Data Base Management (advanced).Good knowledge of IQVIA and the audit process (close up).Veeva knowledge.Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
