Job DescriptionTo provide administrative support to the commercial excellence, pricing and commercial finance teams with critical focus to on-boarding of new commercial team members.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Work closely with CE Team & HR for continuous improvement to the on-boarding program, including enhancements & consistency of process, automation for improved efficiency, and management of feedback loop for on-going progressAct as Master scheduler for new hire Sales, Technical Service, Pricing, and Marketing Onboarding programs. Ensure training is scheduled timely and accurately. In coordination with the hiring manager, develop central document for new employee to reference as the onboarding schedule. As training schedule is modified timely update schedule and notify appropriate parties.Design and maintain internal Amcor Commercial Excellence (ACE Report) newsletter for Commercial teams. Ensuring messaging is for appropriate audience and distribution list is managed. Assists the sales and marketing departments with the completion and distribution of timely, accurate and professional looking presentations, reports and correspondence. Includes editing/printing of reports, presentations and letters, book assembly, purchasing products/samples, copying, Fed Ex materials, and mailing dailySupport CE with SFDC and systems data hygiene and accuracyPrepares and distributes customer visits for markets on an as needed basis, which includes setting up plant tours, luncheons, reserving location, and sending out agenda in a timely and accurate manner.Provides assistance with special projects in the Commercial areas as needed by the CE, Pricing, Commercial Finance such as creating customer PowerPoint templates, making copies, binders, ordering calendars, and creating customer facing notification letters.Provides support for Sporting Events, Associations Events, Trade Shows and Golf OutingsResponsible for assisting with special internal/external events and expos, including location selection, contacting & set-up at facility, coordinating product and shipping supplies to the site.Responsible for ordering office supplies on an as needed basis, assuring costs are kept to a minimum.Build internal customer loyalty through positive engagement and service excellenceDemonstrate and foster Amcor Core ValuesWHAT WE VALUE

CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $49,300 to $61,600; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $49,300 to $73,900 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.BenefitsWhen you join Amcor, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits and compensation package that includes:
