Your RoleWe're looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lead to join our German CX team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the helm of driving success in our Customer Experience division. If you’re fluent in German and English and have a proven track record in sales and business development, we want to hear from you!
What You'll DoStrategize and Succeed: Develop and execute sales plans to outperform revenue targets for our CX business in Germany.
Build Bonds: Forge and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and ensuring the delivery of bespoke solutions.
Inspire and Guide: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and success-driven culture
Collaborate and Win: Work with cross-functional teams to drive local and global campaigns and successfully ensure cross-team sales success and client satisfaction.
Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to uncover new business opportunities.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in sales and business development, specifically within the CX sector.
Exceptional written and spoken German and English skills.
Strong leadership and sales lifecycle management skills.
Strong technical knowledge of CX offer and tools to pinpoint the Kantar value proposition to clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
