Commercial Crop CX Integrated Solution Manager
**岗位职责:** + 负责专业农户业务运营和管理,整合内外部资源,满足专业农户水稻全种植周期的需求; + 与CTS(作物技术解决方案),产品经理等商务团队紧密协作,打造专业服务农户业务模式,将本地化技术方案切实落地; + 通过对渠道伙伴或销售团队的赋能,建立、提升专业农户的服务粘性,落实两会一示范的开展,根据农户在水稻种植遇到的实际问题提出改进方案,提升服务质量; + 编写水稻专业知识资料,对商务团队各相关部门进行水稻种植及整体方案知识的赋能及培训。 **岗位要求:** + 植保/农学/园艺/营养等相关专业,本科及以上学历; + 五年及以上的水稻业务商务经验,有成功的商业案例优先; + 了解水稻的行业发展动向,熟悉水稻种植全过程的种肥药和农艺管理需求; + 熟悉专业农户产销的需求,具备丰富的大农户服务经验; + 具备良好的渠道开发和维护能力,熟悉水稻产供销上下游业态; + 具备良好的沟通协作能力及基本的英语读写能力。 Corteva Agriscience™ is an equal opportunity employer.
