Commercial Collaboration Sales Manager – Hybrid Work Model
For this outstanding, sales opportunity it is a Hybrid Work Model in our Commercial organization where we are in the office three (3) and work from home two (2) days per week. This role offers the ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend events. In this role you build and lead a high performing sales team accelerating HP’s strategy to create a more growth in hybrid work solutions. The rise of hybrid work is creating sustained demand for HP technology that enables seamless collaboration across home and office environments.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and leading successful sales teams.
• Experience in B2B sales or commercial markets, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and account management.
You Will:
Lead Sales Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to deliver results, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set clear sales goals and KPIs, monitoring team performance and providing ongoing coaching and development.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to shape and refine sales strategies.
Lead Team Management & Development:
• Recruit, hire, and train top sales talent to build a strong, effective sales team.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to ensure the sales team meets and exceeds goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture, promoting teamwork and communication across departments.
Drive Revenue Growth & Customer Acquisition:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key commercial markets to expand the customer base.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales initiatives that drive lead generation.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners and key customer to facilitate long-term business growth and repeat sales.
• Lead high-level negotiations with customers, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Execute Sales Process Optimization:
• Oversee and refine the sales process to ensure efficiency and alignment with overall business goals.
• Implement best practices for sales techniques, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Leverage CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines, track team performance, and maintain detailed customer records.
• Continuously analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and capitalize on new opportunities.
Drive Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales objectives with company goals.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination across functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide valuable input into product and service offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and customer needs.
Identify Market & Industry Insights:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Share market intelligence and insights with the sales team to help refine sales approaches and drive performance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.

• Strategic thinking, with the ability to execute on both short-term and long-term sales goals.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $97,450 to $147,200 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
