Labcorp is seeking a **Commercial Applications Analyst** to join the National Sales Enablement (NSE) team and to work as part of the Salesforce functional and business team to drive adoption and enhancements to the Salesforce platform and related applications.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ As a member of the Salesforce team, you will work with end users, business leaders, and application development teams.
+ TheCommerical Applications Analyst will gather, triage, and synthesize feedback and changes to the Salesforce platform. This person will maintain the backlog of work for the Salesforce platform and related applications and integrations.
+ You will collaborate with the scrum master and other members of the NSE team to prioritize, groom, test, and document changes to the Salesforce system.
+ Utilizing JIRA and project management tools and methods, work closely with the SFDC Admin and technical team to meet deadlines and work around project constraints to design and develop the system, as changes and issues arise.
+ Gather and synthesize end user requirements and maintain product backlog of requested enhancements.
+ Provide input into future phases of the Salesforce implementation including adjacent applications, add-ons, feature enhancements.
+ Drive enhancements that improve user adoption, improve the user experience or improve the quality of data.
+ Coordinate and participate in acceptance testing for new features.
+ Triage, investigate, replicate, communicate and drive defects and bugs to resolution.
+ Contribute to the detailed design and technology selection, especially Salesforce apps and features, providing inputs from their expertise, such as technology alignment and fit, best practices, and feasibility.
+ Compose and contribute to the set of artifacts needed to communicate Salesforce technical information for both the current team and future maintenance work including scope documents, workflow diagrams, process diagrams and technical diagrams.
+ Collaborate with the NSE team and contribute to release notes, training plans and communication plans
**R** **EQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Multiple Salesforce certifications
+ Prior experience in a Salesforce Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Application Analyst role
+ Familiarity with Agile or Modified Agile methodologies.
+ At least 5 years direct experience implementing Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud using Lightning Experience
+ Experience working with Commercial Operations teams
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meeting management skills
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience.

**Pay Range:** **$80,000.00-$120,000.00 a year** **(State minimum wages apply if higher)**
