As a Recruiter in the Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment efforts across the relevant Commercial Bank (CB) lines of business. Partnering closely with business leaders you will be responsible for the identification, engagement and successful recruitment of banker talent, and supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives. In addition to working on open roles, you will also be tasked with ongoing, opportunistic candidate engagement, development, and presentation.
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, crafting and implementing innovative strategies to attract top banker talent. Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Source and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback. Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers, refining strategies based on feedback. Collaborate with senior management, human resources, and finance to anticipate needs and strategize talent pipelines. Proactively offer innovative solutions to streamline processes and add value to the client. Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, participating in client meetings and managing expectations. Educate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, and the advantages of joining JPMorgan. Conduct compensation discussions to ensure successful offer closures. Champion diversity goals, educating hiring managers to present diverse candidate slates. Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively, maintaining data integrity and controls.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities. Strong attention to detail and a controls mindset, understanding employment laws and regulations. Superior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills coupled with business acumen. Experience handling sensitive/confidential information. Ability to tell a story with data and metrics.
