Commercial Account Manager

Reporting to the Manager of Commercial Sales, the Commercial Sales Representative is an inside, phone sales role, responsible for generating revenue through consultative and technical selling while providing best in class support and service. The position will be working with existing and new customers to increase sales and to promote new ADI / SnapAV products and product categories. Having familiarity with a discovery-to-close sales process and being comfortable with high volume of outbound calls and emails with an attention to detail, are key attributes for success in this position. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and competitive team environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results. 

Specific Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales quotas and assigned KPI’s Make a minimum of 30 outbound sales calls per day. Manage a large book of B2B reseller accounts (existing and new) to build pipeline, track and close deals Handle commercial AV/IT integrator interactions regarding projects specifications and system design Research key accounts, identify key contacts and understand company profile, structure, and sales drivers Manage a pipeline of opportunities, regularly updating status, close date and other essential metrics Develop and maintain product knowledge on key commercial focused products Up to 10% travel to attend key customer meetings, trade shows and industry events

YOU MUST HAVE:

4+ Years experience in sales, account management or business development Demonstrated track record of proven business results with a “Hunting” mentality Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities Ability to manage a high volume of outbound and inbound sales calls  Effective remote presentation and demonstration skills via Teams, Zoom, etc.

WE VALUE:

Technical sales experience in the commercial AV, IT/Datacom, Telco or Managed Services industries CTS and/or CompTIA certification(s) Experience in SAP, Salesforce, MS Teams, Zoom

The typical base salary for this role, ranges from USD $45,143 to $76,865 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
