Responsibilities:
Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the command center's client base.Personally create opportunities for qualified hospital and health system leadership who can positively influence or decide to purchase GEHC Command Center programs.Sales Leadership SupportCraft and implement aggressive sales strategies to pinpoint, engage, and secure new business opportunities.Proposal Development Create compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new contracts and partnerships.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.Proposal Development:Create compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new contracts and partnerships.Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.Networking:Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.Strategic Influence:Provide input to help shape the business strategy as requested or identified.Stay Ahead of the Curve:Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. Interpret internal and external business dynamics, advocating best practices to refine products, processes, or services.Decision Making:Harness sophisticated judgment skills to navigate complex tasks or challenges in areas like project management, client sales progression management, and sales strategy.Evaluate the quality and relevance of information, engage in critical questioning, and utilize a range of sources to arrive at well-informed decisions.Lead & Collaborate:Direct/participate in cross-functional teams or projects characterized by minimal resource requirements, risk, or complexity.Articulate complex concepts effectively and steer colleagues and/or prospective clients to consider alternative perspectives.Minimum Qualifications:
A Master’s degree from an accredited university with 8 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in Services, Consulting, and Selling.Direct experience in hospital operations for at least a significant portion of their time with health systems.Basic knowledge of health IT systems, EMR, etc.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong connection to the healthcare community with contacts to other healthcare professionals across the United States or in targeted markets.Demonstrated prowess in identifying and securing new business opportunities.Proven capability to analyze, strategize, and resolve problems.Established expertise in leading clients through a sales process.Sound project management acumen.This role is designed for a sales professional adept at identifying and capitalizing on new client acquisition opportunities.
