Comcast Business has been consistently recognized by industry analysts and associations as a leader and innovator, and one of the fastest growing providers of Ethernet services. **Role Description** As a Finance Business Process Co-op on the Business Process Management team, you will support the Sr. Director, Business Process Management and team on major business process transformation projects and system developments, driving change in a quickly evolving business unit. You will also have the opportunity to learn and own pieces of the revenue reporting process withing Comcast Business. What are some interesting problems the student will work on? As a Finance business process co-op, you will have the opportunity to participate in revenue and AR close cycles learning how the key financial processes of a business work. Additionally, you will be participating in requirement and design workshops to introduce improved finance processes in our billing systems that will benefit both our internal finance teams and Comcast Business customers. Where can this student make an impact? You will be working with a great time in Comcast business while we implement new and improve existing finance processes in Comcast Business. You will also have a key role in ensuring Comcast Business revenue is reported on a monthly basis. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Support the Sr. Director, Business Process Management and team on major business process transformation projects and system developments, driving change in a quickly evolving business unit. + Participate in program launches, ensuring that financial and operational issues are identified and resolved and that changes are implemented successfully. + Support finance teams in Revenue and AR financial close processes + Assist various work streams with day to day production activities related to finance operations. + Deconstructs technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development. + Actively participate in Comcast and other external community activities / service. + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Preferred** **Skills** + Ability to work on a team. + Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills. + Strong planning and organization skills with proven ability to assist work streams and work with virtual teams. + Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. + Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong interest in the telecommunications, cable and media industries. + Preferred Majors: Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Business **Minimum** **Qualifications** **and Eligibility Requirements** + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track. + Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025. + Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs + Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering) + Comcast is an Affirmative Action/EEO employer M/F/D/V Comcast is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
