Volt is hiring for Licensed Combo Artists in Los Angeles, CA

\r\n\r\n

As a Combo Artist you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform blow outs and styling hair\r\n\tAble to apply makeup on all skin types and skin tones\r\n\tWorking on all hair types including wigs and extensions\r\n\tAttentive and available for touch-ups\r\n\tKeeping up with the latest trends in beauty and in the fashion industry\r\n\tWorking quickly and efficiently while creating a complete look\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a part-time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast paced environment.

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMust have a valid Cosmetologist license\r\n\tVersatile and have proven ability in hair styling including wigs and extensions\r\n\tExperience in hair and makeup for commercial and/or live television\r\n\tAble to produce fresh, innovative hair styles in a timely fashion\r\n\tMust have experience working with all hair types and lighting\r\n\tMust have experience working on various skin tones and skin types\r\n\tExperience styling hair in professional/studio setting\r\n\tKeen understanding of hair presentation\r\n\tFlexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks\r\n\tAbility, and willingness, to adhere to verbal direction and creative critique\r\n\tProficiency in collaboration and/or problem-solving during photo shoots\r\n\tAbility to take initiative and must have the confidence to learn in a \"live\" environment\r\n\tMust be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail\r\n\tAbility to work well with a team\r\n\tIntegrity, honesty, openness, and a willingness to operate as a team player\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $65.00/hr

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
