Position Description:

Level 2
4-6 years
Fully aware of all the ITIL process and have worked on these process on daily basis like Priority Incidents, Problem Record, Change Records
Should be well versed in Handling P1/P2 Incident, creating RCA Document, Clear understanding on the issue, cause, remediation and resolution as a Individual. Good knowledge on Problem management
Worked on ServiceNow / Jira or any other ticketing tools
Should be good at identifying and Troubleshooting issues independently, Coordinate with Stakeholders, Handson experience on handeling P1/P2 tickets
Defining jobs, configuring the jobs, Job Scheduling, JIL scripting Handson, Debug the failed jobs, Troubleshoot Autosys job failure and complex job streams, perform impact analysis
Basic Architecture, Components , worked as Admin role, Worked on Creating queries, Alerts and Dashboard, Worked on Forwarders, Aware of different search modes and Data LifeCycle,
Basic Architecture, Components , worked as Admin role, Worked on Agent instillation, Troubleshooting, creating Dashboard
Basic Architecture, Components , worked as Admin role, Security policies and Role/Permissions
Basic to mid level hands on to delivering daily activities like performance checks, Services, files related commands
Hands on experience on Select/Update queries, aware of types of joins, keys and other queries
Should have atleast some basic Scripting knowledge to understand and write automation Scripts / jobs, Write Scripts to automate day to day activities
Good to have understanding on Cloud Platform, Aware of Cloud Instances, Types of Cloud Services
Worked on or aware of the Data Management concepts like Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Security, Meta Data
