Phase 1 - Show : Real time online display of production factory/line KPI performance, anytime, anywhereProduction Line Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE)  Representation of Equipment performance overview. Manufacturing database query, cleansing, processing and pushing for effectiveTrending of Productivity, Yield and Quality.Convert numerics into graphical display of the above KPI in Power-BI Apps   

Phase 2 - Sense : Health Alert System for Equipment, material and critical processEquipment vitals monitoring for anticipated component failure repair/replacementRaw Material Alert System for quality deviation detection and improvementReal time Critical Process deviation Alarm for pre-disaster Engineering intervention. 

Phase 3 - Suggest : Deploy AI/Analytics to identify opportunity for operational improvementManufacturing material scrap monitoring

Demonstrate analytical and problem solving capability throughout university course work.SQL data extraction from redshift database.Python programming for data cleaning, processing and analytics.Knowledge of automating data feed and display real time on interactive Power- BI UI.Sound Manufacturing assembly process, mechatronics/IOT application and Value Stream mapping knowledge.Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to approach challenges systematically and creatively.Improve your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.Work well in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.Pay meticulous attention to code quality, documentation, and error handling.Develop hands-on knowledge from design to mechanical system testing and commissioning process steps. include definition of spec and acceptance criteria.Learn project management principles and tools to efficiently manage and track your project progress.Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship.
