Your Impact

As a Collections Analyst II / Cash and Collections Analyst at OpenText, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue conversion into cash. You will analyze customers' financial conditions, manage accounts receivable, and ensure timely collections while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and customers. Your ability to resolve disputes and improve processes will contribute to the company's financial health and customer satisfaction.
