We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recovery Specialist to join our team.

 

As a Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the collection of unpaid rent and fees from residents who have vacated our managed communities. You will work closely with property managers, legal counsel and other team members to resolve outstanding balances and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities Responsible for reviewing and researching former resident disputes and follow through to ensure resolutionResponsible for contacting former residents to collect on outstanding balances, establishing payment plans and negotiate settlementsResponsible for meeting monthly collection goalsMaintain detailed records of all interactions and paymentsProvide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns using good interpersonal skills, ensuring that a positive, professional demeanor is projected through verbal and written communications
