Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist for a role based in Miramar, Florida. The successful candidate will be joining a team within the industry where their main duties will involve processing cash applications, handling collections calls, and managing accounts receivable. This role presents a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing cash applications • Making collection calls as part of the account management process • Managing accounts receivable • Handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries • Utilizing accounting software systems for various tasks • Administering claims as part of the billing function • Maintaining accurate customer credit records • Taking appropriate actions based on monitoring customer accounts • Using CRM and Epic software for customer relationship management • Training on Pest pack software will be provided Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Knowledge of Accurint • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Ability to utilize CRM effectively • Familiarity with Epic Software • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Capability to handle Answering Inbound Calls • Proficiency in Billing Functions • Experience in Claim Administration • Understanding of Collection Processes • Proficiency in Cash Applications Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
