Description A service company in Hartford, CT, is seeking a full-time, permanent Collections Specialist for a FULLY onsite role (this role is NOT downtown. Parking is free here and simple!). The company has a great family feel type culture, and the position is really looking for someone who values customer service and relationship building. The role involves managing both commercial and consumer collections, setting up payment plans, posting payments, and addressing discrepancies as needed. Qualifications: + Minimum of 3 years of steady collections experience, or 5+ years in a customer service role within an office environment. + Please note: Retail or restaurant/hospitality experience is not considered relevant for this position. + Strong MS office suite skills required.
