Description We are actively seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Encino, California. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts, processing applications, and handling customer inquiries. You will also play a critical role in maintaining accurate customer records. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts • Take necessary action on customer accounts based on monitoring results • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records • Utilize Accounting Software Systems for financial transactions • Use Accurint for data gathering and analysis • Manage financial services through the ADP platform • Leverage CRM for customer relationship management • Operate Epic Software for healthcare information system tasks • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted • Handle Answering Inbound Calls for customer support and inquiries • Perform Billing Functions to invoice customers for services rendered • Administer claims through Claim Administration processes • Implement Collection Processes to recover overdue payments. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with Accurint is a must. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary. • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required. • Knowledge of Epic Software is expected. • Demonstrable experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Ability to efficiently handle Answering Inbound Calls. • Prior experience in Billing Functions is a must. • Familiarity with Claim Administration is expected. • Proficiency in Collection Processes is required.
