The successful candidate will be handling both consumer and commercial collections, necessitating a strong background in customer service. Responsibilities: • Administering collection processes for commercial accounts • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to collections • Sustaining comprehensive records of customer credit • Conducting regular monitoring and actions on customer accounts • Providing high-quality service while collecting from customers • Managing consumer and commercial collections effectively • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Requirements • Proficiency in Collection Processes, with the ability to handle both consumer and commercial collections effectively. • Demonstrated experience in Collections - Consumer, with an emphasis on effective communication and negotiation skills. • Experience in Collections - Commercial, displaying a high level of understanding of business operations and commercial relationships. • Proven background in Commercial Collections, showcasing a keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling commercial accounts. • Familiarity with the wholesale distribution industry, understanding the unique collection challenges and strategies in this field. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve disputes in a detail oriented manner. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess account statuses and devise effective collection strategies. • Proficient in using collections software and other related IT systems to track and manage collections activities.
