Become a Collections Specialist in Honeywell
Key Responsibilities:
-Support with collection activities.
-Work with internal / external customers
-Respond to customer requests
-Account reconciliations.
-Handle a customer portfolio.
-Order Releases.
-Evaluate risk on customer credit
-Calling customers by phone
-Supporting on Cash Applications
-Update customer information in SAP and related tools and support
-Demonstrate abilities to deliver solutions to problems
-Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Lead projects that help to reduce PD and achieve goals
-Ability to work with less supervision providing updates on the progress on portfolios
-Customer account reconciliation
-Lead meetings with teams such as CX, Sales and customers
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting, management or related field
English proficiency
Experience with SAP and Excel
1-3 years of experience with customer service and collections
We Value:
French and Portuguese language
Knowledge in Mexican regulations
Experience with SAP, Excel, Microsiga is a plus
Demonstrate abilities to deliver solutions to problems
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Acting with urgency
