Our client, a leading construction engineering firm is seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join their team in Oxnard, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts by contacting individuals and ensuring timely resolution. This position requires a strong grasp of financial concepts and exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

Review and manage aged past-due accountsConduct collection calls to clientsDraft and send collection lettersPrepare and process pre-lien and mechanics lien notices

Qualifications:

Proven experience in collectionsProficient in writing formal collection lettersDetail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsComfortable and effective in phone communications
