Our client, located in North Austin, is seeking to add a Collections Representative to their team on a contract to hire basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of two plus years of consumer-based phone collections for a financial services company (banking, loans, etc.)Proven ability to make 40 plus calls per day and make progress on delinquent accountsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with repossessions, bankruptcies, charge-offs, and Collateral Protection Insurance preferredAbility to start quickly
