And, you can grow your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing coaching, all while learning what it means to continually set the standard for world class, customer-first service. **Find your place in service on #TeamAmex.** Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: + Ensure maximum recovery on CM accounts through inbound/outbound telephone contact + Analyze risk on customer accounts, with sound decision making in our interaction responsibility is to drive the maximize liquidation and roll rate prevention for the business + Ensure compliance and procedures are adhered to in all conversation with CM + Keep our customer first in all conversation and embrace the customer first vision of American Express. **Preferred Skills:** + Banking and financial experience is preferred but not required. + Multi - skilled across card platforms / products is preferable + Strong team player with high level of integrity + Strong knowledge of American Express product, policies, and procedures + Change management ability and self - motivating skills + Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently + Should be open to a rotating shift schedule + Should possess sound analytical, decision - making, and problem-solving skills + Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal) + Multi - skilled across card platforms / products is preferable + Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred + Should display a penchant for result orientation and personal accountability **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + At least Senior High School Graduate (New curriculum) + At least 2 years of Collections (US market experience) or at least 1 year given with strong customer service experience prior. (with recent relative experience for the past 6 months) + At least 1 years CSAT/NPS experience (with recent relative experience for the past 6 months) + Employed candidates are preferred, while we are open to considering unemployed candidates, the ideal would have a maximum of 6 months unemployment from the target start date. **Additional Details:** + Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig + Workplace Flexibility: Full time.
