To recover delinquent accounts, compile and maintain basic credit information prepares reports obtains approval for
refinancing and repossessions.

To collect on arrears portfolio within mandate, resolve credit queries, negotiate payment arrangements by informing customers of various payment solutions and obtain approval for refinancing and repossessions in order to increase revenue.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Must have MatricMust have negotiation skills" as it is also included in "Good communication, facilitation and negotiation skillsHogan and Secure Chat experience an advantage.Credit Card product knowledge will be an advantage3 years of previous Collections experience Must have ability to build relationships and collaborate with other credit teams.Good communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.Admin: good business writing skills for emails and Secure Chat queries.Must have exceptional customer service skills and a passion to assist.Able to work under pressure.
