Job Title: Collection Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, driven, and attentive Full-Time Collector with professional collections experience to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will be able to handle at least 100 outbound calls per day and oversee a high volume of accounts.   

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct at least 100 outbound collection calls daily. Negotiate payment plans with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries. Collaborate with the collections team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Self-motivated and trustworthy with strong communication skills. Previous experience in collections required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer systems and software. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are highly regarded.
