As a Project Manager – Associate in our Collateral Management Change team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your career while contributing to impactful projects that support our clients and operations worldwide. Job responsibilities:
Lead and deliver individual projects from inception to execution. Plan and coordinate testing of new applications and processes including creation of test plans/scripts, supporting and/or conducting test execution and working with Technology to resolve issues Partner with Technology, Product, Operations, and utility groups to meet project objectives Establish and maintain regular project reporting. Timely escalation of issues, identify and drive remedial action Maintain regular project reporting and escalate issues as needed Ensure comprehensive policy and procedural documentation Analyze data and processes to drive improvementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
At least of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related disciplines At least 5 years of experience in project and/or program management roles within financial services industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical and methodical approach to reviewing requirements Ability to work independently and manage initiatives Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Flexibility in working hours, including occasional weekends Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines Prior experience in project management and/or testingPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Background in operations and/or technology will be beneficial Knowledge of collateral services products and systems will be preferred Familiarity with SWIFT messaging is an advantage
