What a typical day will look like This position will serve as the Senior Financial Analyst of HSA Region. You will work together with the FP&A team as a financial Sr analyst with the support of the area manager. You will participate in the multiple periodic financial processes as well as the management of projects in the financial area focused on improving the company's profitability and optimizing the area's internal processes. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term vision. Drive profitability strategies to deliver margin expansion by analyzing core drivers in clients and business lines. Pair-up with business leaders to deliver growth strategies in core Lines of Business Participate, develop and lead forecasting and Budgeting processes for the HSA Region Manage expense forecasting and analysis to drive cost optimization Deliver automation and process-improvement initiatives to help drive performance across the finance team.
