We’re hiring a Coil Prep & Finisher to join our team! This hands-on role involves working with mechanical components and tools to prepare, assemble, and finish coils with precision and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Prep counter shields, make stick and tube assemblies, and pre-load spacers Assemble and process electrical wind outs, bend, burn, anneal, clean, and wrap leads Remove coils from winding machines and complete necessary paperwork Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Operate a variety of tools and equipment to ensure quality workmanship

Tools & Equipment You’ll Use:

Hydraulic lifts, ladders, and scaffolding Power shears, sanders, planers, and cut-off saws Torches, induction brazers, and measuring devices Hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic systems

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs Work in environments requiring hands-on mechanical tasks

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED Training: On-the-job training provided Physical Effort: Moderate to heavy physical exertion
