Your main tasks: + To work safely no matter what. Safety is our highest priority. + Calibrate and operate a Sheet Metal Coil Line. + Adjust computer settings to ensure precise cuts, bends, and dimensions based on blueprints and drawings. + Load, unload, move, and handle materials. + Operate a forklift the move supplies around the shop. + Properly finish and seal duct. + Fabrication using plasma cutter, shears, and presses. + Complete preventative maintenance on shop equipment. + Learn other fabrication processes. Experience or Certification needed: + 2+ years operating Sheet Metal fabrication equipment is required. You need to be able to: + Keep it a Drug-free Workplace. + Be punctual and reliable. + Work as a team. + Able to work overtime as needed. + Accurately use a tape measure. + Work in an unconditioned shop environment. + Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. + Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending. + Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
