The Role:

 

As our Coffee Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the coffee experience here at F&M. We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Specialist with a flair for originality, an extensive knowledge of coffee, and a passion for creating extraordinary coffee experiences.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Craft and deliver exceptional coffee beverages, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Lead the innovation of new coffee blends, brewing techniques, and unique menu offerings. 

Share your expertise by providing training and guidance to the team, ensuring that every coffee is prepared to Fortnum & Mason’s renowned standards. 

Stay abreast of global coffee trends, bringing creative ideas and fresh approaches to our coffee offerings 

Engage with customers, sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee to enhance their experience in our stores. 

What We’re Looking For: 

Extensive barista experience with a deep understanding of coffee origins, brewing methods, and preparation techniques. 

A creative mindset with a passion for innovation in coffee, always striving to push boundaries and explore new possibilities. 

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an unparalleled coffee experience. 

Genuine passion for coffee, with the ability to inspire and educate others about its artistry and craftsmanship. 

A collaborative spirit, working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure the best customer experience.
