Where You Will Work
Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.

Description Under supervisory direction from the Supervisor Coffee Shop, this position coordinates the Coffee Shop area of the Recreation Center and assist in other areas at the Recreation Center as needed. Training Baristas and responsible for the total quality control of the Coffee ShopReconcile all monies and discrepancies as per Company PolicyManage and maintain equipment in the Coffee ShopMaintain positive customer relations specifically in the Coffee Shop area and throughout the Recreation CenterRemain current with all certifications, trends in industry, and safety standardsCommunicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writingPromote a marketing plan for the ongoing development of the Coffee ShopConform to established program budget(s), monitor expenditures, and provide assistance for budget development and cost control activitiesMaintain accurate records of inventory; and resolve discrepancies when they occurAssist in preparation of reports and other evaluation methodsPerform other duties as requiredQualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience working in Coffee Shop or Restaurant, including lead experience and one (1) year of Customer Service experienceCurrent Food Handlers CertificationPreferred

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $17.00 - $23.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
