Purpose of the Role:  Responsible for the maintenance, operation, and servicing of coffee machines, ensuring optimal performance through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance while providing technical support to clients to uphold high service standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of coffee machines Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure minimal downtime Performing preventive maintenance to enhance machine longevity Installing and setting up new coffee equipment as required Providing technical support and training to clients on machine operation Criteria
Technical certification in equipment maintenance or a related field Experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a customer service mindset Proficient in English and Afrikaans Good level of computer literacy Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and have own reliable vehicle
