Financial reportingOversee the delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring timely completion.Reconciliation/ DocumentationEnsure the timely and accurate reconciliation of all GL accounts and maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.Reconciliation/ DocumentationReview work quality and ensure agreed checks and balances are performedCoordinationMaintain planners and checklists in a timely manner, and communicate any anticipated delays to the onshore team for agreement.Team ManagementManage daily team availability, daily workload and monthly performance KPIsTraining and development Ensure team members are cross-skilled to reduce individual dependencies.Training and developmentPlan for team succession and retention, and provide opportunities for professional and behavioral development training.Process improvementDevelop and implement process improvement plans, outlining key success behaviors.Process improvementEnsure process notes are documented and updated, including escalation criteria and matrices, and detail key check points.AdhocSupport hiring manager with adhoc requestsAbout You:
