The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for a full-time Cocktail Server to join their Food & Beverage team! Steps away from Disney Springs®, the property offers five on-property dining options. John T's Lounge is open daily from 4pm and offers an array of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees until late. Ideal candidate has previous serving experience in a hotel lounge setting. Seeking someone who is attentive and knowledgeable about classic cocktails and wines.

Shift Pattern: typical PM shifts from 3pm-11pm or 5pm-1am. Weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $9.98 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Cocktail Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nRespond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nEnsure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials\nTake guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system\nRetrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner\nReplenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service\nServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations\nEnsure serving station is well-stocked at all times\n
