CoBrand Analytics Lead Analyst
The role is part of CRS ECM Analytics team within the larger US Personal Banking Analytics organization. The candidate will lead the Spend and Balance Growth program analytics to grow and improve CRS cards customer engagement. The candidate will focus on the development of comprehensive strategy recommendations based on multiple factors with an in-depth understanding of customer behavior (analytically derived); sound financial impact forecasting and thorough understanding of competitive landscape. Excellent communication skills are required to influence on large scale programs and effectively partner with a diverse group of stakeholders including senior leadership. **Responsibilities:** + Lead analytics for Spend and Balance Growth programs to grow CRS cards customer engagement with new & relevant offers using advanced modelling and analytical techniques. + Develop analytically derived omni-channel targeting, offer, and communication strategies to drive long-term profitable customer engagement and expansion opportunities. + Own campaigns targeting and design to optimize profitability and manage the process to build financial forecasts supporting all Spend Engagement campaigns, + Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc. + Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities + May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis + Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings + End to end project management for developing strategy, building consensus with functional and senior stakeholders and implementing recommendations + Be accountable for audit and control requirements **Qualifications:** + 6-10 years of experience + Experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, Strategic Business Analyst or related position performing quantitative analytics supporting financial services + Experience analyzing large datasets; applying mathematical, statistical and quantitative analysis techniques to perform complex analyses and data mining **Education:** + Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
