Title: Education Coaching Operations Specialist
Payroll Title: Sr. Operations Specialist
Division & Department: Education Coaching & Consulting
Reports to: Director, Coach Operations
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United States - This position may work in the CST and/or EST time zones.
Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is $29-31/hour.

Job Summary
The primary role of the Coaching Operations Specialist is to deliver service and support to Leader in Me Coaches and ensure client retention. This includes the stewardship of approximately twenty to thirty coaches within an assigned territory. Through training, this individual will acquire knowledge on FranklinCovey offerings including tools, work sessions and training components for our solutions.  To learn more about FranklinCovey Education Solutions, please visit www.theleaderinme.org.   

Essential Job Functions

Promote a positive cadence of accountability through timely and relevant communication to internal and external stakeholders. Book touchpoints (Onsite, Regional, Community, and Virtual Coaching) to maximize coaching capacity and minimize client expense. Develop and execute step-by-step coaching systems and synergize with cross-functional teams. Assist coaches with time management and organization through the Event Manager, Outlook and Bookings calendaring systems. Manage regional and community events through the Aventri registration system. Provide administrative support to the coaches with Salesforce.com, Google Apps, and internal systems. Provide technical support to the coaches with Bookings, Outlook, Evernote and Zoom. Participate in a yearly Coach Academy; engage in weekly Systems Action Team meetings. Complete all other duties/projects as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of experience working within the K12 Education sector OR Education within the K12 Education sector Experience with Salesforce.com

Preferred Skills & Experience

Organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen well and build strong relationships with all stakeholders The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing is essential Detail oriented, the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and strong technical acumen are fundamental, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite Intrinsically motivated team players, with strong work ethic, and the ability to function independently
