CO Senior Analyst - Customer Issue Resolution with Spanish and/or Portuguese (m/f/x)
Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a CO Senior Analyst - Customer Issue Resolution with Spanish and/or Portuguese, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: + End-to-End CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) Management – handling customer issues related to billing, collections and complaint management - this includes disputes, returns, adjustments and collection activities to secure timely payment and short cycle time for customer complaints. + Efficiently building credibility and trust with customers and businesses through timely and accurate CIR resolution processing. + Interpreting policies and regulations, investigates problems, and communicates with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identify and implement service solutions. + Using strong analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, conclude, and assess alternative methods. Most complex problem solving may require the use of increased judgment to handle some variations in conditions or operations, making decisions based on selecting from alternative courses of action using greater adaptation to circumstances when necessary. + Demonstrating a proactive, ownership mindset to managing your customers to achieve team goals Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements : + Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Issue Resolution, Complaints handling, Collections or AR + Advanced English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (B2+) + Demonstration of strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational and short-term planning skills + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, create macros, and manage large data sets + Experience with customer service processes and systems – SAP and Salesforce Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:  + Account receivables (AR) knowledge and experience as an additional asset + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills + Flexible and detail oriented Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
