What You Will Do

Research, plan, design and develop mechanical products and systems in areas including, but not limited to, mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, thermodynamic, or heat transfer for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy.Develop technically sound design solutions within program schedule milestones that meet cost and weight goals.Understand technical processes and design requirements of multiple gas turbine hardware including plumbing and ducting systems, component mounts, sheet metal brackets, electrical harnesses, Bearings, Seals, Housing, Gears, Oil Nozzles, etc.3D CAD Solid Modeling on components related to the Discipline as applicable.English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

Qualifications You Must Have 

Enrolled in a degree program in an applicable field of study such as Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.Minimum GPA of 3.0
