Co-Brands Strategy Manager
How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible of creating and defining high-value strategic opportunities for Co-Brands portfolio; high focus Premium's growth; new projects lead, ensuring successful implementation across AMEX & partners.
Responsibilities
Accountable for:
Strategic Business development: Lead of 360 understanding, definition and fulfillment (economics, value proposition, key drivers, etc.) across multifunctional local & international LOBs. Define & implement Premium's growth strategy with high focus on value proposition assuring tangible value. P&L: Identify, develop and implement high value initiatives towards revenue, growth and cost efficiencies. High-value collaboration with partners for strategy definition and implementation. Leading, developing & presenting 360 business cases to support strategic decision making. Cross-implementation of partner initiatives. Accountable for leading and developing high-performance team.
Minimum Qualifications
2 year minimum experience as Manager in Marketing, Innovation, Revenue Growth Management, Business Consultancy or related. Superb communication/presentation skills: assertive communication (visual and oral) with Top Management, partners & cross-functional teams in Spanish and English. Superior analytical skills - data driven & result oriented. Top interpersonal skills: candid, clear and assertive. Negotiation skills: capable of understanding external necessities and challenges while prioritizing business & customer needs. "Customer First" mindset - having in mind excellence in service and delivery. Curious and receptive to external and cross-functional ideas, constant seeker of trends and innovation.
