Job DescriptionThe Client Services Team provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we bring the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services. We are trusted partners to Visa’s clients, providing expertise to support and successfully grow their business.
Within Client Services, the Client Lifecycle Operations Team in Europe is made up of Onboarding, Ecosystem Risk, Membership & Licensing, Contract Management, Configuration, Card Design and Cobrand. We leverage specialised knowledge across these disciplines to help clients onboard with Visa and support their ongoing operational and business needs. Our clients include financial institutions, third party processors, non-traditional clients and fintechs.
This role sits within the Cobrand and Card Design team and will assess Co-brand applications, which involves checking the eligibility of both the issuer and the Co-brand partner and then recording the Co-brand in the appropriate Visa systems.
This position is responsible for reviewing Co Brand applications from our Issuers. The role performs due diligence checks on applications from Issuers / Co Brand partner(s) to ensure eligibility to participate in the program. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for updating the relevant Visa systems and occasionally providing updates back to the business and line manager. It will be important to be able to interact with clients, be comfortable with tools and systems, and following processes across various teams.
Responsibilties:
Ensure Co Brand applications are reviewed and processed within set timelines with accuracy and in line with procedures.Respond to queries with a customer focused lens and acting as the first point of contact.Ensure applications and requests from mailbox are responded within the required timelines.Provide monthly operational reporting to management on a monthly/ad-hoc basis.Establish and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as AML, Product and Sales, as well as with our clients.Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands.Create and maintain process and procedural documentation.Provide escalation to Director, exercising judgment to identify unusual scenarios and potential risks.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.Accurately assess billing for cases supported.Perform peer reviews of Co-brand requests.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
