The CNC Setup Operator utilizes advanced skills to set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines for precision machining of high-quality components. Duties/Responsibilities: + Proficient in the setup and operation of CNC machines. + Strong understanding of machining principles and precision measurement. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. + Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving for CNC machine issues. + Knowledge of tool selection, cutting speeds, and feeds. + Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Effective communication and teamwork skills. + Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus. + Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines. + Perform other related duties as assigned.
