As a CNC Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
Executing production according to the appropriate instructions.Conducting frequent interactions on manager level with Engineering, maintenance, planning and enabling functions about technical and organizational alignment.Handling complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department has to define approaches. Leading a medium sized manufacturing unit.Collaborating with multiple departments to improve processes and quality.Monitoring and controlling productivity of team members versus global target.Approving related expenses within monthly budget

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC production leadership (leadership experience is mandatory)Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems. Have the ability to lead programs / projects and to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
