CNC Mill Machinist
**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** We are looking for CNC Machinists on multiple shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing set-up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, specifically MAZAK MILL, and machining centers to fabricate metallic and/or nonmetallic parts to very close tolerances. **Responsibilities** + Perform set-up and operate CNC machines and machining centers to fabricate parts. + Work with blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. + Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines. + Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media. **Essential Skills** + 2 - 5 years of experience as a CNC mill machinist. + Experience with setting up, tearing down of tools, and rebuilding. + Experience with G&M codes. + Quality experience with digital and dial gauges. + Experience with 3, 4, or 5-axis machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CAM or CAD. + Experience with Mazatrol controls. + Aerospace experience. **Work Environment** This role is based in an aerospace facility. The work shifts available are 1st shift (7am - 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm). The facility is equipped with advanced CNC machines, including MAZAK MILLS. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
