This position is integral to our manufacturing operations and offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Reporting to the Production Operations Manager, the CNC Machinist will play a key role in executing machining tasks efficiently and accurately within our production department.Responsibilities:Review Bills of Materials, Parts Orders, and MFG lists daily to determine job priorities.Drive improvements in tools and processes to benefit the specific department and overall production operations.Select proper cutters and drills based on job parameters and monitor machining progress, inspecting finished work for accuracy.Perform daily maintenance of the machine and work area, including checking coolant and weigh lube levels, emptying chip barrels, disposing of scrap material, and organizing tools.Read and respond to emails about machining job functions.Requirements:High School Diploma.
