Our client, a leading national provider of digital-based manufacturing services, is expanding their dynamic CNC Department and seeking multiple talented and driven CNC machinists and leaders to support machining operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, aligning successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** **CNC Lead Machinist** **Location:** Rancho Cordova, CA **Pay Range:** $40.00 - $46.00 (Plus 10% Shift Differential for 2nd Shift & $5,000 Sign-On Bonus) **What’s the Job?** + Coordinate daily CNC production needs and assist in establishing machining priorities in conjunction with the supervisor/manager. + Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and training to CNC machinists, fostering a positive and skilled team environment. + Perform intermediate to complex CNC machining and programming tasks, including multi-axis (3+1 and/or 3+2 indexing) machining and advanced lathe operations. + Troubleshoot machining challenges, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality. + Collaborate with Project Managers on quoting, including calculating time and material costs, and with vendors on maintaining necessary tools and supplies. **What’s Needed?** + High School Diploma required; 2-year Machining Degree preferred. + Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Sac EDM, OR 8+ years of relevant CNC setup and programming experience in a related industry. + Proficient knowledge of 2D and 3D programming, multi-axis machining, advanced lathe concepts (including live tooling and dual spindle), and complex fixturing techniques. + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, understand high tolerance machining and geometric dimensioning. + Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Job Title:** **CNC Machinist III** **Location:** Rancho Cordova, CA **Pay Range:** $34.00 - $40.00 per hour (Plus 10% Shift Differential & $5,000 Sign-On Bonus) **What’s the Job?** + Independently execute advanced CNC machining and programming tasks to produce high-quality components. + Design and implement custom fixtures to optimize production efficiency and ensure precise workholding. + Apply advanced lathe techniques and true 5th axis machining skills to create intricate and complex parts. + Collaborate with Project Managers on project planning, including time estimation, cost analysis, and scope definition. + Mentor and train junior machinists, sharing your expertise to elevate the overall team performance and skill level. **What’s Needed?** + 5-7 years of relevant CNC Machining, setup, and programming experience. + Proven expertise in 2D/3D programming and multi-axis machining techniques. + Strong working knowledge of lathe operations, complex fixturing methods, and achieving high-tolerance machining standards. + Proficiency in using Fusion 360 or other related CAM software for programming and simulation. + Excellent teamwork and communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. **Job Title:** **CNC Machinist II** **Location:** Rancho Cordova, Ca **Pay Range:** $28 - $34 per hour (2nd Shift + 10% Shift Differential + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus) **What’s the Job?** + Execute intermediate to complex CNC machining tasks, adhering to company capabilities and quality standards. + Offer technical advice and solutions to less experienced machinists, fostering a collaborative team environment. + Modify existing CNC programs to enhance machining efficiency and optimize processes. + Design and implement custom fixtures as needed to ensure secure and accurate work holding. + Determine and achieve acceptable surface finishes on machined parts. + Program and set up multiple CNC machines to perform multi-axis machining (3+1 and/or 3+2 indexing). + Apply lathe concepts effectively to machine parts with greater efficiency. + Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencies in machining and tooling selection. **What’s Needed?** + High School Diploma required;
