**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, with a focus on mills. You will set up and operate Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines, perform your own setups and changeovers, and ensure all parts are within tolerance through deburring and blending. You will work closely with the programming group and may be involved in troubleshooting complex issues. The role requires familiarity with NX software and some experience with Catia. **Responsibilities** + Operate 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, primarily mills. + Set up and operate Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines. + Perform own setups and changeovers. + Deburr and blend parts to ensure they are within tolerance. + Troubleshoot and work closely with the programming group. + Adjust own programs as needed. + Work with NX software and occasionally with Catia. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of CNC experience. + Experience with Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines preferred. + Experience with NX or Catia software preferred. + Ability to perform own setups, runs, and changeovers. + Capability to handle deburring and blending as needed. + Must be a US Citizen with a valid birth certificate to meet US Export Controls requirements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with high precision and tight tolerance work. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a climate-controlled environment where the team is committed to helping and developing each other. Accumulate 2 weeks of PTO in your first year, 3 weeks after 5 years, and 4 weeks after 10 years. **Work Environment** We offer various shift options to fit your schedule: two openings on M-Th day shift, two openings on M-Th night shift (4:18pm-2:30am) with an 18% shift differential, one opening on weekend days (F, Sat, Sun 5am-5pm) with a 28% shift differential, and one opening on weekend nights (F, Sat, Sun 5pm-5am) with a 28% shift differential. The work environment is climate-controlled, and overtime is available on a voluntary basis, dependent on workload and deadlines.
