Responsibilities of CNC Machinist include: -Operate CNC machines to produce fixtures, tooling, and components -Setup and maintain machines -Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments etc onto machines -Trouble shoot programs, problems or out-of-tolerance conditions -Provide input setup and process sheets -Utilize drawing, prints, measurement hand tools, microscopes, and computers to complete tasks and ensure standards are met -Perform quality checks and establish where improvements can be made Requirements of CNC Machinist: -Minimum Highschool Diploma, GED or equivalent, Vocational High School Diploma preferred -At least 5 years experience as a CNC machinist -Previous experience using microscopes, hand tools, prints and specifications -Applied Manufacturing Technology experience preferred -Strong Computer skills with ERP experience -Detail-oriented -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday Pay Rate: $28.00-$33.00/hr Job Requirements It is the policy of The Alpha Group, Inc.
