Miller Brother Staffing is looking for all levels of CNC Lathe Machinist in the McKees Rocks PA area.

Pay - $20-$25+ an hour depending on Experience

Shift - 1st Shift 7am-330pm + Overtime

Skills needed:

Edit, Setup, and run CNC Machines  Produce or repair precision parts using both manual and automated equipment including but not limited to Mori Seiki CNC turning centers, manual lathes, bench grinders, hand grinders, hydraulic press, and drill press. Must have experience with Vertical lathes The applicant must be able to program, read, and alter G-Coding. Mechanically inclined applicants with good math aptitude and familiarity with FANUC controls. Must have good knowledge of machining practices to know if the lathes are working correctly and tooling is working correctly. Applicants must have an understanding of speed and feed rates, knowledge of the properties of metal and other material, ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals, and physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.

Education:

A High school diploma or equivalent, completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship, and five years of work experience as a Journeyman machinist is preferred.
