Are you ready to shape the future with us? **_Your tasks_** **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** + Operating CNC machining equipment following a production schedule. + Accurately labeling parts. + Stamping parts as needed. + Moving finished parts to the proper areas. + Keeping the machine filled with coolant. + Ensuring that refractometer readings are within acceptable levels. + Monitoring and filling the way oil reservoir. + Maintaining a clean workstation adhering to 5S standards. + Programming and machining new fixtures. + Training new employees. + Programming and machining prototype parts and new jobs. **THE ENVIRONMENT** + Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be adhered to. This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program. This role will be eligible for shift differential which is added onto your hourly rate. The additional shift differential is $1.00 per hour for third shift. Pay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
