Potential for travel outside work hours. + Collaborative and friendly environment Job Duties: + Conduct field service at customer facilities, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool & cutter grinding machines. + Provide comprehensive support to customers onsite, by phone, and via email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively. + Expect up to 80% travel within the USA, Canada, and Mexico to support customer needs. Ideal Candidates: + Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. + Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both on-site and remotely, including answering customer inquiries regarding maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification. + Experience with the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities. + "Hands-on" individual with a strong mechanical aptitude. + Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings. + Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred.
